  We act as ( Buyer’s agents ) in Florida. This designates a realtor, who has loyalty only to the buyer. There are (Seller’s agents), and (Transaction brokers) as well. Seller’s agents obviously have loyalty to a builder, or person selling the house. A transaction broker tries to stay neutral, but has loyalty to neither party. Needless to say; if you wanted to say something in confidence; your Buyer’s agent is the only party you can talk to.
